Information automatically collected

In Short: Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information.   • to protect our Services. We may process your information as part of our efforts to keep our Services safe and secure, including fraud monitoring and prevention;

  • to identify usage trends. We may process information about how you use our Services to better understand how they are being used so we can improve them;

  • to determine the effectiveness of our marketing and promotional campaigns. We may process your information to better understand how to provide marketing and promotional campaigns that are most relevant to you;

We may combine, de-identify, or anonymize any data collected through the Services so that it can no longer be reasonably linked to you. This data undergoes a stringent anonymization process where identifiable elements are removed to ensure that the data cannot be traced back to individual users. After anonymization, all identifiable data is securely destroyed. The resulting anonymized data is used solely for analyzing platform usage patterns and improving our services.

We may process your information when we believe it is reasonably necessary to achieve our legitimate business interests and those interests do not outweigh your interests and fundamental rights and freedoms.     • Send users information about special offers and discounts on our products and services

    • Develop and display personalized and relevant advertising content for our users

    • Analyze how our Services are used so we can improve them to engage and retain users

Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party account details, including Google and Microsoft Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from the respective provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the provider concerned, but will often include your name and email address, as well as other information you choose to make public on such platform.

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. 11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
